US: Customs Border Protection ("CBP") to begin liquidated damages phase of Importer Security Filing ("ISF") Enforcement

On 9 July 2013, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) will enter into the liquidated damages phase of its Importer Security Filing (ISF) enforcement process.
